Born and raised in Algeria, Mrs. Bouzidi developed a passion for early childhood education early in her career.  After completing her high school studies in Accounting and Economics, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing A. Mira University in Algeria.  She is fluent in six languages.

Radia moved to the US in 2017 with her husband of 15 years, and 2 children, and rapidly earned her CDA and Childcare Director’s license, while being a mother, teacher and curriculum manager in early childhood setting.

Ms. Bouzidi joined Children's Lighthouse in 2021 as an Advanced Pre-K teacher, and was rapidly promoted to Curriculum Manager and then Assistant Director, before being promoted yet again to School Director. She looks forward to working with you and your children.

As Center Director, she is focused on the children and staff under her care.  She has introduced several new programs at the school and continues to enhance the daily learning experience of the students and teachers. 

Radia is passionate about acquiring knowledge of diverse cultures and languages, savoring novel culinary experiences, and capturing moments through photography.
